I have been in a cooking mood so I decided to make a nice dinner. Stuffed peppers with couscous. It was sooo delicious and yummy! It was pretty easy too, which was nice. Then for dessert I made spice cake with homemade cream cheese icing as cupcakes. It was fun to cook something new and I am sure there will be lots of pictures of food for awhile!
